Step 1.1: Decide a base plan
Finally decided on the "along" bed for the layout. Main reason was being able to walk through the van from back door to side door. There will also be more light from the rear windows. The 2 bunk beds will be single mattress size and will have an extra board that expands out to the kitchen to make a double bed.
